I collaborated with a group of colleagues to identify and hone this trend: the Ethics Economy, which describes the growing importance of politics and an alignment of values in shaping customer and employee choices and behaviors.

In 2016, I partnered with Dhruva Ganesan to develop a point-of-view on Employee Experience Design—the emerging capability that adapts methods of experience design, organization design and talent strategy toward creating productive and engaging experiences for employees in an organization. Our research was circulated globally across a variety of organizations, informed a series of initiatives and shaped the Fjord 2016 trend: “B2WE”

In 2016, I worked with a team to put together a point of view on the state of e-commerce in the auto industry: exploring some the hype, some of the reality and where the industry was going. The work was featured in a 2016 SXSW session.
